        Project Overview: At the end of December 2022, the end of the Year of the Tiger, Sunnyrack successfully accepted the three-story loft-style racking project for Mercedes-Benz's new logistics center warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, and handed it over to the owner for use.

  Rack technical parameters: 1. The warehouse of this project is L (length) 95 meters * W (width) 60 meters * H (height) 10.5 meters;

                         2. The total area is 5,700 square meters;

                           (1)L (length) 2300mm*D (depth) 1000mm*H (height) 8500mm;

                           (2) The height of one floor is 3000mm, with 2 layers of beams and grid laminates, and a load capacity of 2000kg/floor;

                           (3) The second floor is 3000mm high, with 3 layers of beams and grid laminates, and a load capacity of 1000kg/floor;

                           (4) Three floors with a height of 2500mm. Three layers of beams and grid laminates, with a load capacity of 1000kg/layer;

                           (5) The floor is a grid plate with a load capacity of 800kg/square meter;

                           (6) Equipped with 3 sets of stairs and 2 guide rail chain lifts.
